When booking a Teepee Tribe party, what is included?

Standard Package:

  • Lantern or Light
  • Optional Extra: breakfast trays (we find some parties do not require these as they can take up precious space. Please let us know if you would like them included – Free)

All items listed in the standard package, including delivery, collection, assembly, styling and general laundering.

All sheets, mattress protectors and blankets are freshly laundered

What age groups are the teepee parties suitable for?

Our teepee parties are designed to cater to children aged 5 to 12 years old. However, we can customize the themes and activities to suit younger or older age groups upon request.

How many children can participate in a teepee party?

Each teepee setup accommodates one child comfortably. However, we can arrange multiple teepees for larger groups. Our team will work with you to ensure every child has a memorable experience.

Do you provide bedding and pillows for the teepees?

Yes, we provide comfortable mattresses, fitted sheets, and decorative pillows for each teepee. All bedding items are cleaned and sanitized after each use to ensure a hygienic environment for your children.

Can we personalize the teepee party with specific themes or colours?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of themed packages, but we’re more than happy to customize the decorations, colours, and themes to match your child’s preferences or party theme. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll do our very best to make it happen.

How much space is needed to set up the teepees?

Mattress Dimensions: Width: 70cm, Length: 160cm, Height: 15cm.

Each teepee requires approximately 1 meter by 2 meter of floor space. Additional space is required for each guest to access their tent. Our team will assess the available space and ensure a suitable setup for your event. We can arrange the teepees in assorted configurations to make them work in any space. If you are unsure, please let us know the dimensions available and we can work through options for you.

As an example, a room measuring 4m x 5m will fit 5 teepees.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, we provide delivery, setup, and takedown services for all teepee parties. Our team will handle the entire setup process, ensuring everything is arranged and styled to perfection before your event begins.

Please choose a set up time of 10am or 2pm and allow at least 90 minutes for set-up (for bookings with 10 or more guests, please allow more time to set up and pack down). After the party, we’ll return the following day to dismantle the teepees and collect the equipment.

A delivery fee is charged for bookings located outside the St George region.

Delivery costs: $50 for up to 25km travel outisde the St George region and $75 for beyond 25km travel outside the St George region. 

What is your refund policy?

We understand things can change! Our cancellation policy varies depending on the circumstances and the time frame before the scheduled event.

  • Can I change the number of guests?

You can Add more guests. Teepee Tribe requires 1 days notice
You can Remove guests. Teepee Tribe requires 1 days notice and you maintain the minimum booking fee of $350

  • Can I Reschedule the Party Date?

Yes, no problem! We will aim to book the next available date for you. Teepee Tribe requires 7 days notice of date change. For any late changes a $100 reschedule fee applies

  • Can I Cancel the party

Yes, we understand cancellations happen! Teepee Tribe requires 7 days notice of cancellation. For any late cancellations a $100 cancellation fee applies

How far in advance should I book a teepee party?

We recommend booking your teepee party at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and ample time for customization. However, we understand that last-minute arrangements may be necessary, so feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. A deposit of $100 is required within 3 days of confirming your booking. This will secure your booking and is refundable according to our refund policy as listed above.
